We had her maternity session a week before her due date but her baby boy decided to extend his stay inside. They named him Cross Her favorite color is red and we had to come up with something similar for the baby to go with his mommy’s picture below.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE… OUTSTANDING!!!! This is my first pregnancy and my husband surprised me with the wonderful experience of getting maternity photos one week before my due date. Sri and Jana were able to accomodate us with such short notice and they were absolutely wonderful. During the photo session I felt very comfortable and they both work quickly and efficiently, but never made me feel like we were rushing. They have wonderful ideas and are very creative. It’s amazing to see the photos right after your photo shoot, they looked beautiful. Both of them are very professional and their work is really remarkable. It was also great that my husband was able to come in some of the photos, it’s the best way to capture the way husband and wife are feeling during their pregnancy. I can not wait to go back to take photos of our baby right after he’s born. They did such a wonderful job with me I can”t wait to see how the baby photos turn out. I would absolutely reccomend them as photographers for capturing the most important memories of your life. They are a wonderful team!!! Thanks Sri and Jana for such a great experience!

Could not be happier!!! My husband and I are expecting our first child and have been excited about this since day 1. I hemmed and hawed about getting photos taken but my husband finally convinced me to call Sri after seeing both Sri and Jana on the news about their photography. I checked out their website and was sold! But of course I hadn’t even gotten any info about them or their packages. Once I talked to Sri about what they offer, I knew I had to get them booked as soon as possible so I didn’t miss out on this amazing opportunity! Jana was great to talk to on the phone about what to expect at the session and what I should bring with me the day of. Sri and Jana were both so welcoming and friendly and very chatty when we came! I love their studio as well … very intimate which makes the whole experience that much better. I was so comfortable posing for all of the different shots while Jana “fixed” me for Sri to take all the photos. I must say Sri is a perfectionist at what he does which shows his passion for his job. He would not stop taking pictures until he got the best shot! This is the same way I am so I knew I would leave with phenomenal photos of this very special time in my life. The slideshow we saw before we left was awesome and I just received the dvd in the mail today which I can’t wait to look at with my husband tonight and pick the ones we want enlarged. This pregnancy was made even more special from this experience and my husband and I are way more satisfied than this review expresses! Thank you so much for such an awesome day! Sri & Jana make a wonderful team! I had an awesome experience working with them for both my maternity photos and my son’s newborn photos. They were great at making me feel comfortable during my maternity shoot. Before the shoot, we discussed the types of photographs I wanted to capture and I could not have been more pleased with the way my maternity photos turned out. My fiancé and I scheduled our son’s newborn photos 2 months after and his photos were absolutely breathtaking! They came up with the most creative ideas from the wardrobe & accessories to the poses & props used during the session. And another added plus is that they email you a sample of the photos if not during the session, that same day!!! Their taste and style for photography is very unique and they have some of the most creative ideas I’ve ever seen. The packaged deal that they offer is definitely worth it!

If you are looking for truly fantastic, artistic, and unique newborn photos look no further than Photos by Sri. The husband and wife duo are an amazing team. Originally I had planned a maternity and newborn session, but as fate would have it our baby came 2 days before my scheduled maternity session. When I notified them of the news they were extremely excited and told us of an opportunity for the newborn to be on ABC as part of a segment that ABC is doing on Photos by Sri. Of course we couldn’t resist!

When Arianna was 5 days old we went in for the photo shoot and filming. Since Arianna is exclusively breastfeed and has never had a bottle it took a little longer to get her settled and fully fed so she would sleep through the shoot. Sri and Jana were very patient and understanding about that and did an excellent job with Arianna, who is a very hungry girl, so perhaps not the easiest model. I was in awe of the way that Jana molded her into these amazing poses and how comfortable Arianna looked the whole time. In fact, I even learned some tips on how to gently hold and move my baby!! It is a delicate art and takes a soft touch to handle the newborns at this special time. It is a sacred time in the baby’s life and Sri and Jana are respectful of this and are able to capture stunning images in their studio which becomes a warm little sanctuary for the newborn. You might just see another side of your newborn as they relax and allow Sri, with his eye for beauty and art, to photograph them.

I would HIGHLY recommend Sri and Jana. We had a great time and are thrilled with the results of the photo shoot!! We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Hopefully I will be able to do the maternity session with them next time around!! That has got to be a blast, they are such fun people!
